Not only is line dancing great fun, it is also a fantastic way to keep fit, improve your co-ordination and burn a lot of calories at the same time! Learning new routines and moves to music is also an excellent “workout” for your brain, helping to keep it alert and young!

In our Line Dancing Fitness classes you will learn fun line dance routines of all different styles to upbeat music and improve your fitness at the same time.

Our line dance classes are suitable for beginners and for those that have done some line dancing previously. They will not be advanced routines with very complex choreography, we will teach you the steps and before you know it you will be doing “grapevines” “heels” “hitches” “shuffles” and more!








Line Dancing Fitness Classes are great for:

6 Week Course in Ashingdon

11:45am – 12:30pm
Mill Hall
£27 for 6 weeks
