What is Yoga H.I.I.T?
H.I.I.T stands for “High Intensity Interval Training” and by combining the relaxing and energising breathing techniques and poses of Yoga with the 30 second intervals of H.I.I.T you create an amazing workout that will improve your flexibility, strength and balance as well as reduce stress and anxiety and help you to burn fat and completely change your body shape at the same time!
What to expect from a Yoga H.I.I.T class:
We will begin with the practise of Pranayama, (breath control) bringing the mind and body together, energizing, relaxing and clearing the physical and emotional obstacles in our body.
Then by enjoying Asanas (Yoga Poses) with 30 second high intensity blocks incorporated at various points through
your practise it will help:
● Improve flexibility.
● Improve strength.
● Improve balance.
● Reduce stress and anxiety.
● Increase energy and decrease fatigue.
The Yoga H.I.I.T class will finish with relaxation to fully prepare you for the day ahead.
You will leave this class feeling energised, relaxed and ready to take on the world!
The Yoga HIIT class will be run as a course of sessions and places MUST be booked in advance.
