Relaxation helps to re balance your body and mind, create harmony within that reflects into your life
in a positive way. When the body is balanced it is able to deal with its own maintenance, its own
growth and repair and therefore heal itself. Relaxing, will help to balance and revitalize your mind &








The relaxation class will start with some simple movements which you can do standing or sitting, then finding a comfortable position on a chair or laying down, whichever you prefer so you can enjoy a guided meditation session using breathing and visualization.







Relaxation Classes are great for:

– Calming and relaxing the mind
– Reducing stress and anxiety
– Lowering blood pressure
– Giving your body and mind some well deserved “me time”








Please bring a blanket with you to the class.
