Both our Yoga and Pilates classes as well as our Yoga-latés class blends Yoga and Pilates together perfectly to create an exercise class that improves flexibility and co-ordination as well as strengthening all your muscles and increasing muscle tone.

img_2084Yoga and Pilates are fantastic exercise classes for calming and relaxing the mind allowing you to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life giving you that little bit of time to yourself that we all deserve. Yoga and Pilates fitness classes are also great for boosting energy levels and relieving stress and anxiety.

During the class we perform controlled sequences and exercises through a range of different movements flowing beautifully to chilled music to improve the flexibility and strength of the postural muscles as well as those common problematic areas.

So after lengthening and strengthening every muscle in the body you should leave the exercise class looking and feeling leaner and energised!
