The aerobics part is a superb cardiovascular workout great for your heart and lungs and for burning fat, this blends perfectly into adding some step aerobics moves to increase the fat burning and calorie busting as well as toning (especially those buttocks!) In addition, there’s still time for some all over body conditioning and toning on the step and the floor to tone up any unwanted flabby areas.

So if you feel like you don’t have enough time to cram in all the exercise you should into your week the ‘Mix it up’ fitness class combines all types of exercise into a one hour express workout.
