Sizzling Salsa-cise is a great fun salsa dance class. It combines the dance moves of Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, Samba and many more into one class!

We do not use partners during the dance exercise class; we learn lots of latin moves and routines to all your favourite salsa songs. If you’re anything like me, as soon as salsa music comes on you cant help but dance and so this exercise class gets your hips moving, your waist twisting, your feet mamboing and your arms twirling!!

My salsa fitness class is a low impact class and so it is suitable for just about anybody! It is a superb fat burning class and is great for toning the legs and waistline and you wouldn’t believe how many calories you burn while doing it!
So if you love to dance you will definitely love salsa-cise!
