This course will use the fabulous‘soft balls’ and combine them with flowing movesand sequences traditionally used in Pilates and Yoga style classes and togetherthey will create a class with the perfect ‘fusion’ to lengthen and strengthen every muscle in your body!
‘Soft balls’ are great for targeting the abdominals & waistline as well as the thighs and bum to improve muscle tone and increase flexibility. Fused together seamlessly with empowering sequences and movements perfect for burning fat and boosting energy levels, this class will help get your body back into shape after the winter comfort food and you will leave feeling leaner and energised!
